How Olive Oil Skincare Group grew enquiries from 20 to 60+ in year one
Challenge
Olive Oil Skincare Group was founded in 2012 and had already built a retail presence in Costco across Australia, New Zealand and Taiwan. Beyond those markets, though, its brand had little international visibility. The goal was to expand exports and win new retail partners around the world, which meant getting in front of buyers who had never heard of the brand. Finding the right decision-makers at overseas retailers and reaching them by hand would have taken the team a lot of time.
What we did
Adventex ran a NexusFlow campaign, our AI-powered, done-for-you B2B prospecting and cold email service:
Strategic lead sourcing: we identified target retail buyers using filters such as job title, industry, geography, company size and buying signals
Cross-channel lead verification: we checked each lead against several sources, including LinkedIn, company websites and public databases
Email domain warm-up: we built up sender reputation gradually to land in inboxes, not spam
Personalised prospecting: we wrote email templates and sequences tailored to each audience segment
Lead activation: when a prospect replied, we handed the conversation to the client's team to qualify and close
Client dashboard: the client could track progress and results through a live reporting portal
Results
10,000+ targeted prospects sourced across Australia, the US, Canada and Latin America
Enquiries grew from 20 to 60+ in year one
An introductory meeting booked with Costco
Product samples sent to 13 potential clients, under review at the time of the report
By handing prospecting and first-touch outreach to NexusFlow, the client's team could spend its time on the conversations that mattered, with retail buyers who had already shown interest.
